DuPage County and their Municipal partners are just starting on the first complete and comprehensive review and revision of the DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance since its inception in 1992. This review will culminate in changes to the Ordinance which are intended to make it more efficient in providing a high standard of environmental protection and flood mitigation. We are asking for your help, as someone who we understand has had occasion to either apply for a Stormwater Management Permit or has attended a pre-application meeting, to help us improve the process of obtaining a Permit by taking the following survey. The answers you supply are confidential. The answers will only be reviewed by the Consultant, and will not be shared individually with any staff or officials at permitting agencies.
